On the Road – Tara Juno Rowse x Studio Bamba

tara juno rowse and paula (aka Studio bamba) invited two strangers to get in a van and go on a road trip. here’s how it turned out…

8:00am - Call time. Crew meet @ van on Carrer de Casp, barcelona

8:15am - Paula and Inti have slept through their alarms 😂

9:00am - We are on the road in search of snow, taking Peach, Lime and Blood Orange to a new back drop. La Molina - a beautiful ski resort in the Pyrenees mountains of northeastern Spain. Inti and Dani had never met before this morning, they both fall straight to sleep as we head out of Barcelona…

10:30am - Quick pit for some breakfast. Bocadillo con tortilla (when in Rome).

11:30am - First glimpses of those snowy caps

12pm - We find snow and pull over at the first opportunity. Dani reveals this is first time ever seeing the snow..

1pm - Blue Sky Drinking at 8,022 feet on top of La Molina’s highest peak. We’re dressed for the occasion with absolutely no ski gear or waterproofs. Dani and Inti are wearing clothes from my friend Mathias’ brand We Are Not Friends. Dani even manages a T-shirt change al fresco.

3pm - We’re the last people down the mountain and the cable car lads are threatening to make us walk. They are furious but also laughing at the hilarity of our situation - without skiis, in T-shirts and spraying the good stuff all over their snowy caps.

4pm - homeward bound.
