Start the day right with this yoga routine 

Roll out of bed, get out of your head, and into your body in under 10 minutes.

This really easy yoga routine is designed to help loosen up your muscles, get you moving gently, and set you up for the day. We find it's perfect for a morning, but can be equally rejuvenating after a tough Zoom call or a long day at your desk.

This sequence is accessible to all abilities but remember to take it slow and listen to what your body is telling you. If something doesn't feel right then stop.
